Paul Nahi

President, Chief Executive Officer

Paul Nahi has over 20 years experience in both entrepreneurial and multinational high technology companies. Most recently, Paul was the CEO of Crimson Microsystems, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in large scale SONET ICs for the telecommunications industry, with customers worldwide. Prior to Crimson, Paul was the CEO and co-founder of Accelerant Networks, a semiconductor company that designed and developed intelligent multi-gigabit transceivers. Accelerant was acquired by Synopsis, Inc (Nasdaq: SNPS). Prior to Accelerant, Paul served as the General Manager of the Communications and Media Divisions for NEC Electronics. Before NEC, Paul was the Senior Director for Diamond Multimedia where, as an early member of the executive team, he helped grow Diamond from a small, privately held enterprise to a publicly traded company with offices worldwide and over $600M in annual revenue. Paul has a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Raghu Belur

Co-founder, Vice President of Products

Raghu Belur has more than 15 years of experience in the clean energy and high technology industries. Prior to Enphase, he developed high-speed optical communication technology for Cerent, which was later acquired by Cisco Systems for $7 billion. Before Cerent, Mr. Belur was an engineer at the Indian Institute of Science, where he played a key role in the development of an alternative energy gasification system. He co-founded Enphase Energy with Mr. Fornage in 2006. Mr. Belur has a MSEE from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Robert Schwartz

Managing Partner, Third Point Ventures

Robert Schwartz is Managing Partner of Third Point Ventures, the Sunnyvale, California-based venture capital arm of Third Point LLC, which is a registered investment adviser based in New York and the investment manager of the Third Point Funds. Since 1984, Mr. Schwartz has also been the President of RF Associates North, Inc., a privately-held technical manufacturer’s representative firm. Mr. Schwartz is presently a director of several privately-held companies. Mr. Schwartz holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Stoddard M. “Todd” Wilson

General Partner, RockPort Capital Partners

Following two years with AT&T during which he held both technical and sales and marketing positions, Todd began his operating career in small businesses. As the Director of External Affairs at Wilbraham & Monson Academy, he managed the revenue generating departments through the successful turnaround of this private secondary school. He later served as a general manager in a manufacturing business where he was responsible for multiple aspects of a small but growing company. When Todd joined RockPort he first focused on merchant banking opportunities in the energy and environmental sectors, before spending full time on the venture fund. Todd earned undergraduate degrees in Economics and History from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Todd currently serves on the boards of Davidson Instruments, EcoSMART Technologies, Enphase Energy, HydroPoint Data System, NanoGram Corporation (Observer), and NeoPhotonics (Observer).

Jamie McJunkin

Founder and General Partner, Madrone Capital Partners

Madrone invests on behalf of members of the Walton Family with a long-term, patient capital approach. Mr. McJunkin leads Madrone’s efforts in sustainability and alternative energy. Prior to Madrone, Mr. McJunkin was a technology growth capital investor at TA Associates, a leading US private equity firm. Before TA, he worked as a Product Manager at Cisco Systems and as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. McJunkin currently serves on the Board of Directors at Fluidic Energy, Solyndra, Achates Power, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. He serves on the Advisory Board for Rockport Capital Partners and The Global Environment Fund. Jamie earned an AB degree with high honors from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Ben Kortlang

Partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers

Ben Kortlang is a Partner with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers where he focuses on growth-stage greentech investing.

Prior to KPCB, Mr. Kortlang worked at Goldman Sachs for 8 years, most recently co-heading Goldman’s Alternative Energy Investing business. In this capacity Mr. Kortlang managed Goldman’s multi-billion dollar portfolio of alternative energy investments including Horizon Wind Energy, SunEdison, First Solar and Iogen.

Prior to this, Mr. Kortlang led the private equity investing business within Goldman’s Special Situations Group, before which he was a Vice President in Goldman’s investment banking group focusing on Industrials and Natural Resources.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Kortlang was an Associate with A.T. Kearney where he focused on strategic and operations consulting in the energy, manufacturing, packaging, transportation and communications industries. Before A.T. Kearney, Ben was a Business Analyst at National Australia Bank in strategic planning and macroeconomic forecasting.

Mr. Kortlang holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honors degree in Econometrics from University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Neal Dempsey

Managing General Partner, Bay Partners

Through cycles of change, Mr. Dempsey’s investment thesis has been to find entrepreneurs with domain expertise and the fine art of listening. At the end of the day, customers decide whether startups will succeed or not and without listening to customers, entrepreneurs are seldom successful. This thesis has served him well through investments in category creating companies like Brocade, Informatica and Shiva.

Mr. Dempsey balances the stresses of his workload by giving back to the community. In addition to serving on over a dozen boards of Bay portfolio companies, he also serves on the Board of EMQ Children and Family Services (a.k.a. Eastfield Ming Quong). Mr. Dempsey’s leadership helped establish the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program at the University of Washington Business School. Mr. Dempsey made the largest gift ever from an alumnus to the University of Washington.

Last but not least, Mr. Dempsey is a passionate college sports fan. He is very actively involved with The University of Washington basketball and football programs. To support these athletic programs at his alma matter, Mr. Dempsey sponsored the Dempsey Indoor Training Stadium at the University of Washington. Neal has a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Steve Gomo

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, NetApp

Steve Gomo joined NetApp in August 2002 and is responsible for the company’s finance, workplace resources, and investor relations functions.

Steve is a seasoned veteran with extensive financial and management experience, which includes serving as CFO of Silicon Graphics and, most recently, as CFO for Gemplus International S.A., headquartered in Luxembourg. During his tenure in these positions, Steve was instrumental in strengthening both companies’ financial performance, reducing their expenses, and building their credibility with the investor community.

Prior to working at Silicon Graphics and Gemplus, Steve spent 24 years at Hewlett-Packard Company in various positions, including in finance, financial management, manufacturing, and general management. One of his premier positions during this time was as a sector controller for the company’s hard-copy and mass-storage businesses, which generated revenues of $14 billion.

Steve holds a master of business administration degree from Santa Clara University and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

C.S. Park

Former Chairman and CEO of Maxtor Corporation

C. S. Park served as President and CEO of Maxtor Corporation during 1995-1996 and 2004-2006, prior to its acquisition by Seagate Technology, a manufacturer and designer of hard disk drives. He served as Maxtor’s director from 1994 and its Chairman of the Board from 1998 until May 2006.

Previously, C.S. was Chairman, President and CEO of Hynix Semiconductor Inc., the world’s second largest semiconductor memory company, during 2000-2002. He spent nearly 20 years at Hyundai Electronics Industries Ltd., a producer of electronics products such as semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, personal computers, and automotive electronics, etc., where he held various management positions, including president of U.S. operations and head of worldwide semiconductor marketing and sales. After leaving Hynix, he served as Managing Director, Investment Partner and Senior Advisor at H&Q Asia Pacific, a private equity firm until September 2004.

C.S. currently serves as a director of Ballard Power Systems Inc., Brooks Automation, Inc., Computer Sciences Corporation, and Seagate Technology.

C.S. earned his BA degree from Yonsei University., Seoul, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a doctorate degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
