Paul has over 20 years experience in both entrepreneurial and multinational high technology companies. Most recently, Paul was the CEO of Crimson Microsystems, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in large scale SONET ICs for the telecommunications industry, with customers worldwide. Prior to Crimson, Paul was the CEO and co-founder of Accelerant Networks, a semiconductor company that designed and developed intelligent multi-gigabit transceivers. Accelerant was acquired by Synopsis, Inc (Nasdaq: SNPS). Paul has a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Martin Fornage is a 20-year veteran of the telecom equipment industry where he designed a large variety of functions, ranging from power supplies and fiber optics to wireline and radio communications. He brings a wealth of practical experience designing high reliability, high volume and cost effective electronics susceptible to being deployed in harsh environments. Martin co-founded Enphase Energy with Raghu Belur in March of 2006. He led the initial technology development at Enphase, focusing on the power train and its control as well as the communication system. He now focuses on advanced technologies at the company, and he holds over 25 US patents. Martin received his “Ingénieur Diplômé d’État” degree from ENSEA, France in 1985.

Raghu has more than 20 years of experience in the clean energy and high technology industries. Prior to Enphase, he developed high-speed optical communication technology for Cerent, which was later acquired by Cisco Systems for $7 billion. Before Cerent, Raghu was an engineer at the Indian Institute of Science, where he played a key role in the development of an alternative energy gasification system. He co-founded Enphase Energy with Martin Fornage in 2006. Raghu has a MSEE from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Kris has over 18 years of experience in finance and general management, working both in U.S. and international markets. Most recently, Sennesael was Chief Financial Officer at Standard Microsystems (SMSC), a fabless semiconductor company, where he managed global teams of over 100 finance, IT, investor relations and marketing communication professionals. He drove a strategy of profitable growth during his tenure at SMSC, managing several acquisitions and successfully restructuring key organizations within the company to refocus investments on profitable growth segments. Prior to SMSC, Sennesael held CFO and other high-ranking financial positions at companies such as ON Semiconductor and Alcatel.

Bill leads worldwide marketing for Enphase Energy. Prior to Enphase, Bill led Google’s marketing efforts for Google Apps, a suite of innovative cloud computing applications for organizations and businesses of all sizes. Prior to joining Google, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Networking Business Unit at Cisco, which he successfully grew from inception to over $650M in sales. He joined Cisco in 1995 from Grand Junction Networks, a leader in LAN switching and one of Cisco’s most successful acquisitions. Bill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A./B.S.E.E. from Dartmouth College.

Greg spent the early portion of his career with Texas Instruments and DSC Communications Corporation in various manufacturing and operations positions. He served as the Vice President of Operations and later the Chief Operating Officer for the telecommunications company Advanced Fiber Communications. Greg also served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Nelson Family of Companies, a human capital and staffing firm. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of senior sales and marketing management experience from leading high technology companies to Enphase. Previously, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Seagate Technologies, a leading storage solution provider, where he held multiple senior sales and marketing operational roles. Jeff also brings valuable marketing and channel experience from senior marketing leadership roles at the Life Fitness Division of Brunswick, Zenith Data Systems and Apple. Jeff holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Ciaran joins Enphase after previously holding key quality and product positions at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies and IBM. At Hitachi, Fox managed over 500 technical personnel responsible for all product and process quality issues and led multiple task force teams for reliability improvement. Before Hitachi, Fox was the technical expert for testing and reliability issues at IBM for almost a decade. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Material Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Steve has 20 plus years of human resources experience leading global teams, and he joins Enphase from his most recent senior human resources position at Cadence Design Systems. For 13 years, Lapointe played key leadership roles in the human resources team at Cadence, reaching vice president for the last five years of his tenure there. Prior to his experience at Cadence, Lapointe held various HR management positions at companies such as Westwood Pembroke Health Systems and the Brooks Pharmacy chain located in the northeast of the U.S. Lapointe has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
