Paul Nahi
President, Chief Executive Officer

Paul Nahi has over 20 years experience in both entrepreneurial and multinational high technology companies. Most recently, Paul was the CEO of Crimson Microsystems, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in large scale SONET ICs for the telecommunications industry, with customers worldwide. Prior to Crimson, Paul was the CEO and co-founder of Accelerant Networks, a semiconductor company that designed and developed intelligent multi-gigabit transceivers. Accelerant was acquired by Synopsis, Inc (Nasdaq: SNPS). Prior to Accelerant, Paul served as the General Manager of the Communications and Media Divisions for NEC Electronics. Before NEC, Paul was the Senior Director for Diamond Multimedia where, as an early member of the executive team, he helped grow Diamond from a small, privately held enterprise to a publicly traded company with offices worldwide and over $600M in annual revenue. Paul has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Martin Fornage
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer
Martin was the first Hardware Engineer at Advanced Fiber Communications where he designed a large variety of modules ranging from power supplies to fiber optics through wireline and RF communications. He eventually led the Hardware Engineering group there. After AFC, Martin started a consulting firm providing system and assembly level design services to AFC, Cerent, Cisco, Calix and other companies. Martin brings a wealth of practical experience designing high reliability, high volume and cost effective electronics susceptible to be deployed in harsh environments. He co-founded Enphase Energy with Raghu Belur in March of 2006. Martin received his “Ingenieur diplome d’etat” degree from ENSEA, France in 1985.
Raghu Belur
Co-founder, Vice President of Products
Raghu Belur has more than 15 years of experience in the clean energy and high technology industries. Prior to Enphase, he developed high-speed optical communication technology for Cerent, which was later acquired by Cisco Systems for $7 billion. Before Cerent, Raghu was an engineer at the Indian Institute of Science, where he played a key role in the development of an alternative energy gasification system. He co-founded Enphase Energy with Mr. Fornage in 2006. Raghu has a MSEE from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Sanjeev Kumar
Chief Financial Officer
Sanjeev Kumar brings more than 15 years of experience in the global energy markets. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENER) (“ECD”), a Michigan-based supplier of thin-film flexible solar laminates. At ECD, Sanjeev was instrumental in commercializing new technologies, reaching profitability, completing a successful capital raise in excess of $400 million, and delivering significant value to shareholders. Immediately prior to joining Enphase, Sanjeev was the CFO for HelioVolt, an Austin-based producer of thin-film solar products. He additionally spent nine years with Occidental Petroleum Corporation in Los Angeles. Prior to joining ECD, Sanjeev served as the CFO for Rutherford Chemicals, a specialty chemical company owned by a private equity firm, and was previously CFO for the US operations of Rhodia, a publicly held chemicals company. He also served on the Board of Los Angeles-based Solar Integrated Technologies where he facilitated the sale of the company to ECD. Sanjeev holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Bill Rossi
Chief Marketing Officer
Bill leads worldwide marketing for Enphase Energy. Prior to Enphase, Bill led Google’s marketing efforts for Google Apps, a suite of innovative cloud computing applications for organizations and business of all sizes. Prior to joining Google, he was CEO of Greenfield Networks, a leading Sequoia Capital-backed chip company that was acquired by Cisco in December, 2006. Prior to Greenfield, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Networking Business Unit at Cisco, which he successfully grew from inception to over $650M in sales. He joined Cisco as part of the Grand Junction Networks acquisition in 1995 whose products today comprise over $5B in sales at the company. Bill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A./B.S.E.E. from Dartmouth College.
Greg Steele
Vice President of Operations
Greg Steele has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University. He spent the early portion of his career with Texas Instruments and DSC Communications Corporation in various manufacturing and operations positions. He served as the Vice President of Operations and later the Chief Operating Officer for the telecommunications company Advanced Fibre Communications. Greg also served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Nelson Family of Companies, a human capital and staffing firm.
Jeff Loebbaka
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Jeff Loebbaka brings more than 20 years of senior sales and marketing management experience from leading high technology companies. Prior to Enphase, Jeff was senior vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Seagate Technologies, a leading storage solution provider, where he held multiple senior sales and marketing operational roles. Prior, as senior vice president of global channel sales and marketing, Jeff led efforts that resulted in Seagate’s multi-billion dollar channel business growing by more than 170 percent in two years. Before Seagate, Jeff was vice president and general manager of Adaptec’s desktop solutions business, where he also held the role of vice president of worldwide channels and corporate marketing. Jeff also brings valuable marketing and channel experience from senior marketing leadership roles at the Life Fitness Division of Brunswick, Zenith Data Systems and Apple. Jeff holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Andrew Nichols
Vice President of Americas Sales
Andrew Nichols joins Enphase having led North American Sales for Xantrex Technology where he was responsible for distribution, dealers, commercial integrators and OEM business partners in the Renewable Energy and Back Up Power markets. He grew annual revenues 33% while creating OEM or preferred supplier relationships with GE Solar, BP Solar, SunPower, and PowerLight. Prior to Xantrex, Andrew was the Director of Business Development and Sales at Vendavo, a venture funded Silicon Valley enterprise software company where he established key customer relationships with companies such as OfficeDepot, Staples, DHL and UPS. Previously he held sales management positions of increasing responsibility at Apple Computer and IBM. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
France Antelme
Senior Director, Product Verification
France Antelme has 20 years experience in design and testing of High Reliability Military and Telecommunications Carrier-Class Quality systems. He was most recently with Cisco Systems (formerly Cerent Corp) where he was responsible for Product Verification on Carrier-Class SONET Optical Platforms and Terabit Routers. During this period, he created and staffed a multinational test organization that achieved full ISO 9001 certification and field-verified Carrier-Class 99.9999% Reliability on the SONET Optical Platform.
Dennis Hollenbeck
Vice President of Engineering
Dennis Hollenbeck brings more than 25 years of experience in ASIC design, program management and executive level management to Enphase. Prior to joining Enphase, Dennis was COO at eSilicon, a service integrator for custom chip design, fabrication and test. Prior to eSilicon, he led Quantum Corp.’s growth from a startup in 1984 to a $6.5B storage leader during his tenure in positions ranging from program director and director of ASIC development to vice president of product development and general manager for Quantum’s high-end disk-drive division. Before joining Quantum, Dennis was an industrial process control designer at Babcock & Wilcox. He has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State University in Ohio.
Olivier Jacques
Managing Director of Enphase Energy France
Managing Director of Enphase SAS, Olivier Jacques brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, industrial and high technology industries to his leadership of Enphase´s momentum. Prior to Enphase, he was Managing Director of one of the Europe´s largest solar PV solutions suppliers and prior to that, of Norgren SAS (IMI group), an industrial automation and fluid control company where he spurred growth despite an economic recession. As France Managing Director and HVAC Southern Europe Director at Danfoss Drives, Olivier helped increase revenue, create sales channels, launch a new product platform and reposition the company as a value-added solutions provider. He has also held executive positions at companies ranging from WATTS Industries SA (fluid control and HVAC), F.d.C – Schlumberger (water, gas and thermal energy) and Samsung Electronics SA (launching of the HVAC business). Olivier earned his HVAC engineering degree and holds three Master Certificates and a DMSE (MBA equivalent) from ESCP Europe, one of the World´s top business schools.
Roberto Colombo
Managing Director of Enphase Energy Italy
Roberto Colombo has more than 12 years of experience in executive positions in high-technology companies. Prior to joining Enphase, Roberto opened the Italian office of a renewable-energy specialist: by serving as its general manager, Roberto created sales channels and achieved high revenues by winning a significant market share. Before that he was Southern Europe sales director for Korber Schleifring, where he successfully led a spin-off of one company in the group and helped increase revenues. Roberto has also served as country manager for infrared-instrumentation worldwide leader FLIR Systems. He has a background in Industrial Electronics and a significant education in Sales & Marketing and People & Channel Management, together with an academic experience in Political Science at the University of Milan. Roberto has widened his business expertise with extensive travelling to more than 20 countries in three different continents.

Daniel M. Kammen
Director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory, University of California, Berkeley

Daniel M. Kammen is the Class of 1935 Distinguished Professor of Energy at the University of California, Berkeley, where he holds appointments in the Energy and Resources Group, the Goldman School of Public Policy, and the department of Nuclear Engineering. Dan is the founding director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory (RAEL). He is also the Co-Director of the Berkeley Institute of the Environment (http://bie.berkeley.edu).
Through RAEL (http://rael.berkeley.edu), Dan works with faculty colleagues, postdoctoral fellows, and roughly 20 doctoral students on a wide range of science, engineering, economics and policy projects related to energy science, engineering and the environment. The focus of Dan’s work is on the science and policy of clean, renewable energy systems, energy efficiency, the role of energy in national energy policy, international climate debates, and the use and impacts of energy sources and technologies on development, particularly in Africa and Latin America. His work is interdisciplinary, and extends from theoretical studies to highly practical field projects, and the design and development of specific policy initiatives and pieces of legislation. Dan has published five books, over 200 journal articles, and 30 research reports.
Dan Kammen serves on the National Advisory Board of the Union of Concerned Scientists, on the Technical Review Board of the Global Environment Facility, and was a coordinating lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
In 1998, Dan was elected a Permanent Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences. In February, 2007, he received the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Commonwealth Club of California. This is the 19th time the Club has honored individuals who have made significant and enduring contributions to the Bay Area and California communities, and who embody the principles and values of The Commonwealth Club.
