“ECG Solar uses Enphase as part of our core business. With the recent release of a true three-phase product, we were excited to offer their new commercial solution to this customer.”

Jason C. Gideon

President, ECG Solar

Why solar?

In 2024, EMS Detergent Services chose to install solar for cost savings, environmental sustainability, and improved brand image. Timing the decision to maximize government incentives, including federal and state tax credits and rebates, made it easy for EMS to adopt an Enphase commercial solar solution.

Dan Hays, owner of EMS, explains that “the professional team of ECG Solar guided us through the process, ensuring a smooth installation.

“We're looking forward to a decrease in monthly electricity bills,” he continues, which will allow us to reinvest those savings into operations and expansion. We’re proud to be contributing to a greener future while boosting our bottom line.

Today, EMS Detergent Services is setting an environmental example and demonstrating a commitment to sustainability by powering its operations with the sun.

Why Enphase?

EMS had a great experience with ECG Solar. This reputable solar installer has NABCEP-trained professionals and knows the best products available in the market. They take the time to educate customers and make a point of offering cost-effective, turnkey solutions using state-of-the-art equipment.

For this project, ECG Solar took an innovative approach to create a solar package that removed barriers and increased incentives. As company president Jason Gideon notes, “pairing the Panasonic AllGuard warranty with the Enphase 25-year limited warranty on commercial IQ8 Microinverters, we knew this solution was the best fit. Add in our all-encompassing 30-year warranty insurance program and the various incentives and grants we secured for the customer, and this project was a no-brainer at a net installed cost of $3,000.
