About the Enphase Installer Network

To appear on our Installer Network, you'll need to have installed at least one Enphase system in the last six months. Once you submit your registration form, agree to our Terms of Service, and get approved by Enphase, you'll appear on the Network -- both in search results and on your own dedicated listing page. 

The program is designed to reward our most loyal Enphase installers, so the search results will prioritise those who have performed higher numbers of Enphase installations. You'll get a designated badge next to your listing if you've performed over 50, 100, or 250 installations, respectively. (And within the badge categories, you'll still appear higher if you have more installs.)

Premium Installers

To join the highest tier in our partner program, you’ll need to have earned recognition from our team for devoting a significant portion of your business to installing Enphase products. You'll also have demonstrated a commitment to customer service and high-quality installations. Premium Installers will:

  • Receive a special invite to join the program as a Premium Installer

  • Appear first in our Installer Network search listings

  • Get access to special campaigns

  • Receive help with co-branding and artwork

  • Be invited to installer conferences

Preferred Installers

To join the second-highest tier of the program, you may not have devoted quite as much of your business to Enphase as our Premium Installers, but you’ll still have been identified as a loyal Enphase installer with outstanding customer service and a commitment to quality. Preferred Installers will:

  • Receive a special invite to join the program as a Preferred Installer

  • Feature prominently in our installer listings, just beneath Premium Installers

Join the Installer Network in 3 Simple Steps

    Step One: Install Enphase.

    To appear on our Installer Network, you’ll need to have installed at least one Enphase system in the last six months. (We’ll review this regularly so that our listings stay up-to-date.)

    Step Two: Register.

    Installers who qualify will need to submit a registration form and agree to our Terms of Service, then get approved by our team to appear in the Enphase Installer Network. Once approved, your business will appear in homeowners’ search results, as well as on its own dedicated listing page.

    Step Three: Rank by Tier or Number of Installs.

    The search results page will prioritise installers according to Premium or Preferred status, followed by number of Enphase installations. Badges will appear next to Premium and Preferred installers and installers who have performed over 50, 100, or 250 installations, respectively, in the last six months. Within each badge category, those with more installs will also appear higher in the search results.

FAQs about the Program Tiers

  • How do I become a Premium Installer?

    To join the highest tier of our program, you’ll need to have earned recognition from our team for devoting a significant portion of your business to installing Enphase products as well as demonstrating proactive marketing efforts and delivering excellent service (as noted by our technical service team and by third party bodies such as CEC Approved Retailer, SolarGold Installer, Platinum SolarQuotes installer, SEANZ or ISO9001/14001 certification). We will review your standing on these criteria every 6 months.

    As a Premium Installer, you will have access to an account manager; receive your own Premium Installer logo and other artwork to promote your business; and get support with co-branding of materials. You may be asked to join beta trials of new products when applicable; be invited to our installer conference; and be notified of PR and other media opportunities. 

  • How do I become a Preferred Installer?

    To join the second-highest tier of our program, you may not have devoted quite as much of your business to Enphase as our Premium Installers, but you’ll still have been identified as loyal to Enphase based on your marketing efforts and the service and support you provide to your customers. We will review your standing on these criteria every 6 months.

    As a Preferred Installer, you will have access to an account manager and receive your own Preferred Installer logo and other artwork to promote your business. You will also have access to co-marketing funding and our entire suite of technical and training support.

  • Who determines the installer rankings?

    The Enphase Installer Network is not an exclusive club. With our reviews in January and July each year, we will evaluate you based on four criteria:

    • Total activations of Enphase microinverters to level 5 and number of AC Batteries installed
    • Marketing efforts on your website
    • Webinar attendance and ratio of calls to microinverters activated to our technical customer support
    • Third party accreditation as CEC approved retailer, SolarGold from Australian Solar Council, SolarQuotes Platinum, SEANZ membership or ISO9001/14001 certification.

    This mix of criteria ensures that size really doesn’t matter. Instead, we want to promote installers who deliver quality service and are committed to Enphase. This also means that you have every chance of becoming a Premium or Preferred Installer. But watch out – you could also lose this status if you don’t maintain minimum requirements.

FAQs about setting up your profile

  • How do I make my profile appear higher in search results?

    The Enphase Installer Network uses a ranking system that prioritises Premium Installers in homeowner search results, so these business listings appear at the top, followed by Preferred Installers. To become a Premium or Preferred Installer, you must not only install a significant number of Enphase systems, but also show your commitment to customer service and high quality installations. For more details, see the FAQs below. If you have specific questions not addressed below, please reach out to your sales representative.

  • Do the changes I make on my Enphase Installer Network profile page affect my information in Enlighten?

    No, your Enphase Installer Network profile and your Enlighten account information are independent from each other. Although we will pull in your information from Enlighten into the registration form, any changes you make to this information will not be reflected in Enlighten.

  • What if I have multiple branches or office locations?

    If you have multiple branches or office locations, you may either set up a single listing page that covers all of your locations or you may set up multiple listing pages, one for each location. The choice depends on whether you want all homeowner leads sent to one phone number and email address, or to multiple phone numbers and email addresses.

    If you want all leads to be routed to a single phone number and email address, you may want to just create a single listing page for all of your locations.

    If you want leads to be routed to a different office based on geographic location, you should set up a unique profile page for each office location.

  • How do I set up a single listing page for all of my office locations?

    You should receive a unique Enphase Installer Network invite email for each of your branches/accounts in Enlighten. Look for the email that has the Enlighten account number and street address for the main branch location that you want all leads to be sent to, and follow the link to the registration form.

    Fill out the registration form using the phone number and email address where you want all leads to be sent. Now this is the most important part: In the Service Area section of the form, select all regions that your business covers. Remember to be comprehensive and include all applicable cities.

  • How do I set up a unique profile page for each of my office locations?

    Through the Enphase Installer Network, you are able to create a unique profile page for each office or branch that has a unique account in Enlighten. 

    Designated administrators in Enlighten will receive an Enphase Installer Network invite email for each Enlighten account. The Enlighten account number and street address will be included in the email for your reference. To set up individual listings for each office, use the links in each invite email to fill out a registration form for the corresponding location, making sure to list the desired phone number, email address, and postcodes on each. 

    For example, if you have three branch offices and want three separate profile pages, you will need to fill out three separate registration forms. Remember: The email invitation is unique to each branch office, so be sure to use the correct email invite for each location.

  • Who at my company will receive the email invite?

    Each person in your company who has Admin status in Enlighten will receive an email invite with the link to your business' registration form. More than one person can access the form at once and make changes to it. Be mindful that although submitting the form more than once shouldn't cause any problems, only one form per business or branch location needs to be submitted.

  • Will my company profile page affect the SEO value of my company's existing website?

    Your profile page on the Enphase Installer Network will complement, not interfere with, any SEO efforts you've made with your own website or any paid search ads you may have. In general, the more web presence you have, the better. Studies have shown that appearing in both paid search ads and organic search listings increases the overall number of clicks you'll receive.

    In addition, you have the option to link to your own company website from within your profile page, which may positively impact the SEO value of your company website.
