Sabbas brings to Enphase over 38 years of quality, engineering, and operations executive management experience from the semiconductor industry.
He joined Enphase in January 2023 as vice president of quality, where he was responsible for all aspects of quality and compliance worldwide. His current role at Enphase, effective April 2024, is senior vice president, quality and sales for Europe and South Africa. Prior to joining Enphase, Sabbas held management roles at VLSI Technology, Samsung Semiconductor, and served more than 24 years at Cypress Semiconductor and Infineon Technologies. He brings expertise in leading teams and building lasting systems to ensure timely product introductions at the highest quality and customer satisfaction levels, including for the automotive industry.
Sabbas holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds three U.S. patents in semiconductor design.
