Do IQ8 Series Microinverters work with the existing IQ Gateway and IQ Relay?

Yes. The existing IQ Gateway (Metered and Standard) and IQ Relay (three-phase and single-phase) work with IQ8 Series Microinverters.

Do IQ8 Series Microinverters support real-time monitoring in the Enphase App?

Yes.

Can I add IQ8 Series Microinverters to an existing system with M, IQ6, or IQ7 Series Microinverters?

No. The IQ Gateway (Standard or Metered) does not support mixing IQ8 Series Microinverters with previous generations of Enphase microinverters.

Do IQ8 Series Microinverters work with third-party battery solutions?

Yes, IQ8 Series Microinverters can work with third-party battery solutions. Please review your system design with Enphase Support prior to installing and commissioning the system.

Can the Installer App 2.0 (App with grey-colored icon) be used to commission IQ8 Series Microinverters?

No.
