Amazing growth in all areas
In 2021 Enphase Europe achieved growth in many ways. We grew geographically with the launch of our microinverters in Italy and we continued to build our presence in Germany, Austria, Spain, and Poland. In addition, we expanded our product portfolio through the introduction of our integrated IQ Battery solution.
We also invested heavily in improving the way we support our distributors, installers and home owners, building our capabilities in Marketing, Training, Customer Service, and Field Application Engineering. And, we moved to a new, larger European headquarters in Den Bosch in The Netherlands.
Financially, compared to 2020, we doubled our revenue, which was driven by our relentless focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Plus the increasing recognition by both installers and consumers of the advantages of microinverters versus string inverters.
We are extremely proud to win the prestigious EES Award for our new Encharge battery, which we successfully introduced in Germany and Belgium. In our technology roadmap we continue to focus on quality and innovation.
Enphase Installer Network
Finally, we would like to thank you for your relentless support this year being an Enphase installer and business partner. It’s our ambition to continuously improve the support we provide by focusing on quality, service, and customer-first.
We demonstrated our commitment to our partners with the launch of the Enphase Installer Network (EIN) in The Netherlands, Belgium and France and we have plans to further expand the EIN to other countries in the near future. It is our ambition with the EIN to provide you with all the tools and support needed to deliver the best possible service to your customers.
Looking to the horizon
Looking forward to2022, we commit to bring you even more added value and innovations . We will keep you on the pulse of our activities via your Account Manager, but through our website and newsletters.
On the product front, our focus going forward is to provide an integrated solution to meet the growing need for home energy management systems, where multiple devices can work in harmony to enable an optimal personal energy footprint.
To this end, we recently acquired ClipperCreek, a U.S.-based EV charging device manufacturer in order to further expand on a complete and integrated solution for consumers. And it is our intent to bring these products to Europe as soon as possible.
