How can my company request access to a system?

Learn the process to allow access to an Enphase system

Your company’s Enlighten administrator can request access to a system on behalf of the company. To request access to a system:

  1. Select the Account tab.
  2. On the left panel, click Company Information.
  3. Scroll down to the URL address in the Request System Access field and copy the URL.
  4. Email the owner of the system and include the URL. Ask the system owner to click this link to provide your company access to the system.

Once confirmed by the owner, the system appears on the systems list for all of the Enlighten users in your company.

By default, when you get access to a system, you will only see production data. If the system has a consumption meter, you will need to request access to that data from the resident.
