Enphase Wins 2014 Global Frost & Sullivan Award for Technology Leadership

Frost & Sullivan, the Growth Partnership Company, works in collaboration with companies around the world to leverage visionary innovation that addresses the global challenges and related growth opportunities that will make or break today's market participants.

Each year, Frost & Sullivan Best Practices awards are presented to companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development. Industry analysts select winners after an extensive period of research, in-depth interviews and performance analysis to compare market participants and identify best practices.

After a recent analysis on the solar inverter market, Enphase has been recognized as the Global Frost & Sullivan Award for Technology Leadership.

According to a statement released today, Enphase has shown impressive progress in bringing clean and reliable energy to the residential and commercial sectors while being the first company to integrate computer intelligence into solar energy systems, propelling an industry shift to a new high technology model.

“Enphase's global growth strategy drives market share gains in the U.S. residential market, as well as international markets, while simultaneously expanding into the newer market segments of commercial solar and new solar home construction,” said Frost & Sullivan Senior Industry Analyst Gautham Gnanajothi. “In a few short years, Enphase has supplanted traditional inverter technology to become the top solar technology in homes across the globe.”

Frost & Sullivan was particularly impressed with the newly announced Enphase Energy Management System. According to their statement, the most striking aspect of the management system is that it benefits all stakeholders (system owners, installers and distributors, and utilities) across the supply chain.

For the last eight years, Enphase and its employees have been committed to changing the way people view and use solar energy, helping to offset more than 1.8 million tons of carbon emissions around the world. We are truly honored to be recognized by Frost & Sullivan with the 2014 Global Award for Technology Leadership.
