As homeowners become more savvy energy consumers, they are demanding more from their solar and home energy systems. We provide the safest, most reliable, and the most efficient microinverter system on the market. We provide an industry leading 25-year warranty for our microinverters, to match the warranty on solar panels. Increasingly, our customers want to be able to choose how they interact with their systems, just like they do with other smart devices in their homes. For example, some homeowners want the ability to sign up for advanced monitoring with per-panel production data. The research shows that homes equipped with solar command a higher price, and savvy buyers are asking to transfer ownership as a condition of the sale.
While we already offer a number of services today, our goal is to enable simple, on-demand access to the services our customers want, whenever they want them, at the click of a mouse.
We’ll soon launch EnCare to address this need.
The EnCare portal will let our homeowners manage all of their services and subscriptions in one location on their desktop or mobile device. It will allow customers and installers to:
- Use their Enlighten login to manage all subscriptions
- View details of all services available
- Sign up and manage additional services with a monthly or a lifetime subscription

- Sign up for premium monitoring with Enlighten Manager
- Extend warranties for select products
- Transfer system ownership to a new homeowner
