Quick tips for brand management

Here are some quick tips that can help your company stand out in uncertain times.

  • It’s easy to think that everything around you is at a standstill. To keep momentum in the market, you should consider adding a “We’re here to serve you” message to the home page of your website. This will communicate your ability to serve your customers in their time of need. Take it a step further and tell them about your ability to discuss energy storage solutions virtually using a tool like Zoom.
  • While you’re on your website, be sure to take a few minutes to review the content. Is your phone number clearly visible? Do the photos look fresh? Is the content relevant to what your customers are asking for in today’s market? Updating your website content can go a long way in engaging customers and improving search engine ranking. If you’re looking for new Enphase storage photography for use on your website, talk to your Enphase account manager or contact us.
  • Did you know that 90% of consumers read online reviews before visiting a business? Take a moment to review reviews for your company on sites like BBB, Yelp and EnergySage. Replying to good (and not-so-good) reviews in a timely manner can make a huge difference in establishing yourself as a trusted solar installer.
