California Rule 21: New requirements which took effect on February 22, 2019

All solar PV installations in California including PG&E, SCE and SDG&E service areas, must comply with California’s Rule 21 requirements to be permitted and approved. We'll introduce you to the new requirement for Phase III functions Frequency Watt and Volt Watt that took effect on February 22, 2019, and we'll provide you with the background you need to answer your customers questions about Rule 21.
