AC Solar Arrives at Intersolar Europe 2012

It was a rainy start to this year's Intersolar Europe in Munich, Germany, but that didn't stop tens of thousands of solar professionals from making their way to the New Munch Trade Fair Center for three days of exhibitions from solar companies around the world. According to event organizers, 1,909 exhibitors from 49 countries gathered to exhibit their solar products and services, making the event the most international Intersolar Europe yet.

And there was a similar trend for the Enphase team: with team members from the U.S., China, New Zealand, Italy, France and our recently-hired UK country manager, this year's Intersolar booth staff reflected the growing international presence of Enphase Energy.

The team helped introduce visitors to the Enphase Microinverter System at hands-on demonstration roofs throughout the booth, allowing people to experience what AC solar with Enphase is all about. Enphase’s expert technical staff caught up with customers and exchanged recent installation stories and best practices for installing Enphase in the field. While Enphase products are currently shipping in select global markets, the enthusiasm for the system was universally shared by visitors from countries all across the globe.

And what trade show with Enphase is complete without a jazzy booth party?! Live music, refreshments and lots of laughs made this year's booth reception a hit.

Plus, having the UEFA EURO 2012 game on certainly drew a crowd. Go Italia!

On the final day of the exhibition, the sun came out and optimism for solar energy could be felt throughout the halls of Intersolar. The Germans were once again gracious hosts to the international solar industry and continue to set the example as the leader for all global solar markets. Danke schön!
