Listeners of this episode of the Solar Coaster will learn how Ensemble technology from Enphase will change the game for utilities and homeowners, and everyone in between. In fact, Raghu starts by emphasizing that “it’s no longer about solar, this is much bigger; this is about energy.” This conversation goes on to cover how the end of Net Energy Metering (NEM) and feed-in tariffs in markets all around the world will catalyze the rapid growth of energy storage, and how the forthcoming Enphase Encharge storage system will benefit homeowners. Some of the advancements Encharge is expected to bring to households include the ability to maximize the savings and investment in solar systems already installed on the roof as well as a new level of energy resilience that keeps solar working and energy stored when the grid goes down.
