How can I change the owner of a system?

If you need to change the owner of a system that has been reporting to Enlighten for more than 6 months, direct the new owner to complete the transfer of ownership process described here.

If the system has been reporting for fewer than 6 months, you can change the owner on the activation form by following these steps:

  1. Click the Change Owner link.
  2. Enter the new owner’s information in the fields provided.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the activation form.

If the email of the new owner has an existing Enlighten account, you will be prompted to confirm the association of the email with the system.

After changing ownership to the new system owner, the previous system owner’s access to the system will be removed.
