How do I use PowerDash for Third-Party reporting requirements?

Enphase has partnered with PowerDash to provide automated, third-party SREC reporting to the MassCEC Production Tracking System and New Hampshire reporting. For a system to use PowerDash reporting, it must have an Enphase revenue grade meter or and Enphase IQ Envoy or Envoy-S with integrated revenue grade metering installed and operating.

To enable Enlighten and PowerDash to work together, first register your company with PowerDash. If you are a branch office and the parent company has registered, then you are already registered. Once you have registered your company on Powerdash, you can request system owner permission for data access and set up reporting for individual systems.

Register Your Company on PowerDash

Your company must either install or maintain systems, and you must be an Enlighten administrator for your company to register for PowerDash:

  1. Go to the Enlighten Manager Account tab and scroll down to Third-Party Reporting.

  2. Click the Register now button to go to the PowerDash registration site.
  3. On PowerDash, register your company and select a billing plan. Click Sign Up to complete registration.
  4. Click Return to Enphase Energy.

Enlighten Manager Third-Party Reporting now displays your registration.

Get System Owner Permission for PowerDash Reporting

The system owner must grant permission for PowerDash to report on their behalf. Follow these steps to send a PowerDash API access request to the system owner:

  1. Go to the Systems List and select the PV system that you want to register in PowerDash.
  2. Click the System Settings (Settings_Icon) tab and scroll down to Third-Party Reporting.

  3. Click Send email request. Enlighten sends a request to the system owner to grant access to the PowerDash API. If needed, you can send multiple requests. The system owner must have API enabled.
Set Up PV System Reporting Details in PowerDash

After the owner has granted permission, you can configure the system for third-party reporting in PowerDash. Follow these steps to enter third-party reporting details for the system:

  1. Go to the Enlighten Manager Systems List and select the PV system that you want to
    configure in PowerDash.
  2. Click the System Settings (Settings_Icon) tab and scroll down to Third-Party Reporting.
  3. Click Manage in PowerDash. This redirects you to PowerDash. Sign in and enter third-party reporting details for the system.
  4. In the PowerDash Account Overview, select X report(s) needing to be configured.
  5. Enter and select the required information in the fields provided.
  6. Click Save to update the PowerDash workflow.

Return to Enlighten Manager. Enlighten displays the system name and the third party that will receive system production data.

Add Another System to Your PowerDash Account
