Typically, Enlighten updates system performance data every 15 minutes. If your Enlighten page does not appear to be updating, verify that the Envoy is online and displaying +Web (for LCD Envoys) or that the top LED is solid green (for Envoy-S or IQ Envoy).
NOTE: With Mobile Connect, the Envoy uses low bandwidth reporting mode. Low bandwidth mode reports 15-minute interval readings and event data to Enlighten only four times a day rather than every 15 minutes as with other connection methods.
If your Envoy is connected to your home network and you are on a limited bandwidth plan (like with a satellite connection, for example), you can request that your Enlighten connection be changed to low bandwidth mode. Contact support here to request this change.
