For a faster and a more efficient response to your inquiry, have your User ID and the Site ID available when you contact Enphase Customer Support. Customer Support uses these IDs to uniquely identify you, your company, and the site in question.
If you are a system owner, using MyEnlighten, you can find your system Site ID by following the instructions here. If is not necessary to report your User ID.

As a solar professional, you can find your User ID and the Site IDs of systems that you manage on the Enlighten Support page.
If you manange five or fewer systems, the Site IDs display automatically.
If you manage more than five systems, enter the system name in the search field. Enlighten displays a list of matching system names and Site IDs.
In this example, the site ID for Residence 2 is 22222.
