Use the latest software
Commissioning IQ8 Microinverters requires the Enphase Installer App version 4.4.0 or higher and IQ Gateway software version 8.2.4401 or higher.

Update before you expand
Earlier versions of the Enphase Installer App do not support the required IQ Gateway software for IQ8 Microinverter compatibility.

Mandatory gateway update
An IQ Gateway software update must be performed using Enphase Installer App version 4.4.0 or higher. Watch the training video for more details.
