Added an easy option to change the system maintainer to another company
- Installers can now select the type of access they would like to request in the Access section of the Settings page when requesting access to a system for another company. The request for access then goes to the homeowner to approve or reject.
- Installers can request two types of access:
- Maintainer
- View-Only
Added a section to upload proof of address while transferring ownership of a system
- When requesting a Transfer of Ownership for a system, installers and homeowners are now required to provide proof of address for verification.
For all installers in the United States:
Added the capability to download system details from the System List
- Installers can download a CSV file with system data from the System List on the Fleet Dashboard.

- Added an EV Charger option under the Company Profile Installation Details section
- Installers can now indicate whether they support EV chargers in the Services Offered menu of the Installation Details section of the Company Profile page.

Ability to update PTO status after commissioning
Installers now have the flexibility to update the PTO (Permission to Operate) status after a system has been commissioned. This new capability allows for better control over enabling and disabling both solar and storage systems, based on the specific site configuration.

Improved activation page and inventory management
The Device Inventory and Select Grid Profile sections are now more intuitive. A clearer device count section has been added, ensuring easy adjustments for site setups. Grid profiles are also clickable, allowing for streamlined navigation.
Soft migration to New Activation Page
To support a smoother transition to the New Activation Page, we’ve introduced a confirmation step for installers who choose to switch back to the Classic Activation view. This enhancement helps highlight the benefits of the new activation process while giving installers control over their preferred interface.

When installers attempt to switch to the Classic Activation view, they will now see the following confirmation message:
- If installers choose to switch to the Classic Activation view, the system will remember this preference, ensuring that they continue using Classic Activation in future sessions.
Enhanced keyboard usability in the Details section
Key updates:
- When the Tab key is pressed, the cursor now automatically moves to the next field, making it easier to complete forms quickly.
- When a drop-down menu is opened, the cursor will automatically move to the input field, allowing for faster selection and smoother navigation.
For installers in Australia:
Support for CSIP/IEEE 2030.5 compliance
Installers now have the option to configure new sites for IEEE 2030.5 compliance, ensuring adherence to regional utility requirements.
Key features:
IEEE 2030.5 interface selection for applicable regions
For sites located in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, or Western Australia, installers must now indicate if the site has an IEEE 2030.5 interface. This is a mandatory field to ensure compliance.

If Yes is selected for Does the site have IEEE2030.5 Interface, a drop-down menu appears, allowing the installer to choose the appropriate utility provider based on the site’s region:
For installers in North America:
Confirmation for non-NEM 3.0 grid connection types
To help installers avoid compliance issues, we’ve introduced a confirmation step for selecting non-NEM 3.0 grid connection types. This new feature prompts installers to verify grid connection dates, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
For installers in Netherlands:
Microinverter quantity restrictions for IQ Combiner Lite gateways
For sites in Netherlands using the Envoy S Standard EU (IQ Combiner Lite) gateway, there are now specific limits on the number of IQ Microinverters allowed per IQ Combiner Lite to ensure reliable performance.

Added a link to view EV charger incentives and rebates
The Services section now has a link to our EV Charger Rebates and Incentives Tool. This allows installers to quickly access the easy-to-use tool on the Enphase website that shows rebates, tax credits, and other EV charging incentives available in specific locations.
Enabled Labor Protection Program in New York and Oregon
- Installers in New York and Oregon can now enroll systems under the Labor Protection Program in the Services section.
- All systems with IQ Microinverters can be seen under the Eligible Sites toggle.

- Resolved an issue of phase data not being available for more than 14 days in the Graph section.
- Addressed an issue of owner emails being appended with special characters on redirection.
- Fixed a problem of system status not being synced with the System List on the Fleet Dashboard.

Installers can now view the warranties of some Enphase devices under the Devices tab.

Improved battery mode selection
Battery mode selection is now part of the System Information page. This will reduce the time spent by technicians in the field.
Wiring verification for battery mode changes
When changing the Battery Mode from Import Only to Export Only, installers will be shown instructions to verify the main load panel wiring.
Ability to add device serial numbers before gateway serial numbers
Installers can now add serial numbers for IQ Microinverters and Q/IQ Relays without entering a gateway serial number, which provides greater flexibility and convenience.
Warning for unusual breaker sizes in PCS sites
A warning will appear on the PCS Based Limiting page if an installer selects an uncommon breaker size (0-15 A) in the Main Panel Upgrade Avoidance and IQ Battery Oversubscription sections.
Aggregate Power Export Limit setting in the Configuration section
Installers now have the ability to directly select the Aggregate Power Export Limit (PEL) on the PCS Based Limiting page of the Configuration section, if available for the geography.

- Under the Graph tab, installers can now choose to simultaneously view production data from microinverters and the production meter for individual systems.

- Addressed the issue of low State of Charge (SoC) emails being sent to installers for on-grid systems.

- Resolved an issue of the Missing Branch Circuits test failing on a few systems when Production CT health checks are initiated.

1. Preventing duplicate site creation
We have updated the New Activation Page to help installers avoid creating duplicate sites.
This enhancement is crucial as it prevents data loss in existing sites caused by the creation of duplicate sites during system expansion, storage addition, or site upgrades under the Enphase Upgrade Program.
2. New voltage and phase information for commercial sites
If a commercial site is in either Australia, New Zealand, India, or South Africa, the 230 V Three-Phase option will be shown in the Electrical Parameters field.
If a commercial site is in the United States or Canada, the following options for Electrical Parameters will be shown:
- 208 WYE/120 V Three-Phase
- 240/120 V Single-phase
- 208 V Single-phase

Added the ability to generate Yearly Production and Consumption reports from Fleet Dashboard
Installers can now generate Systems Yearly Production and Consumption reports from the Reports tab. This report provides energy production and consumption for all of the installer’s systems during the specified years.

- Resolved the issue of the PV array not being saved despite all the requisite information being provided.
- Fixed the incorrect location of the Consumption Current Transformer (CT) on the Load with Solar production configuration.
- For installers in Italy, resolved the issue of the Enphase Installer Portal showing only wide-band, and not narrow-band, test data for self-test reports with IQ Relay 2.0 and 1.3.4 firmware.

What’s new

- Added the ability to perform Consumption CT health checks
Installers can now navigate to the Consumption CT page under Devices and click Verify CT to initiate a series of checks on the respective Consumption CT. Verify CT triggers checks for the following four scenarios, and if any check fails, installers are provided with suggested actions to rectify the issue.
- Configured as Load Only but installed as Load with Solar production
- Configured as Load with Solar production but installed as Load Only
- Consumption CTs are not installed but are enabled on the Enphase Installer Portal
- Consumption CT polarity needs to be reversed

For installers in California:
- Grid connection year is now shown based on input in the Enphase Installer App
- Installers can now view the Connection Year on the Settings page of the Enphase Installer Portal, based on the interconnection application date provided in the Enphase Installer App.
- If the interconnection application date is unavailable, the connection year will be shown as Not Available.

- Resolved the issue of some Mexico users seeing a time in Enphase products that differed from their local time.

Installers can now navigate to the Storage CT page under Devices and click Reverse Polarity to reverse the polarity of the respective Storage CT.

2. Added the ability to make a few reports available immediately under the Reports section
Previously, users had to wait 24 hours for enough data to be collected to prepare a report. In this release, we have added the ability to make the below reports available immediately without waiting 24 hours:

Installers can now navigate to a system within the Service Manager from the Installer Portal as a logged-in user by clicking Service Manager within the system view.

Installers in Thailand need to generate a routine test report for the MEA and submit it to the local utilities for interconnection agreements. In previous releases, we added the ability for installers—within the reports section for an individual site—to generate a report for the IQ7 Microinverters in a system. In this release, the IQ8P Microinverter below is added to the report.

- Fixed the issue of Thai fonts not being downloaded correctly within the reports downloaded from the Installer Portal.
- Fixed the issue of legacy tariff editor not being available for ACB systems within the System Settings page.

What’s new
For all installers:
Informing installers in case of multiple polarity reversal attempts for the same system
Installers will now be informed and asked for confirmation if they wish to proceed with the polarity reversal of any meter if the polarity of the same meter was reversed less than 24 hours before. This ensures that polarity reversal is not performed twice unintentionally, resulting in no change in polarity.
Added capability for installer company administrators to specify job roles at the time of new user creation
At the time of new user creation, administrators of installer companies can now specify the job role that the new user has within the installer company. For example, this may include roles such as Project Manager, Marketing/Sales, and Finance.
Added ability to hide installer name at the time of kiosk creation using the Fleet dashboard
We have implemented the ability to hide the installer company’s name and logo at the time of kiosk creation using the Fleet dashboard.

Installer users will now be able to view kiosks created by other users belonging to the same company.

We have included a new column, Status Since, on the Fleet Overview page of the Fleet dashboard. This column provides the date and time that the Status column last changed.

- Resolved language discrepancies for homeowner email communications. Emails are now sent using the language chosen by the homeowner when setting up the account.
- Corrected syncing of Spanish training courses between Enphase University and the Enphase Installer Portal to ensure they count towards commissioning requirements.
- Fixed the user preference to maintain the preferred view of the Systems page when the user navigates from the new Fleet dashboard to the classic view.
- Eliminated the bug associated with the display of grayed-out microinverters producing power in the Array view.
- Added special characters when searching for an authorized subcontractor email.
- Updated wording on the New User Registration page to reduce confusion for installer companies planning on installing Enphase Energy Systems so that the Installer role is assigned and they can properly commission systems.
- Resolved issues when logged-out users attempt to accept or reject consumption data requests on the Dashboard page.
- Fixed the issue for sites with cellular modems inaccurately displaying as Retired on the Devices page, despite the modems remaining active with the sites’ gateways.
- Corrected the PLC Noise Detection graph to show correct PLC noise levels.
- Removed the Reserve SoC setpoint on the Systems page for systems that have a battery but do not have an IQ System Controller.
