Prepare for an upgrade

After reaching out to a homeowner about upgrade options, check to see if you’re the maintainer and have access to monitoring of the relevant non-Enphase system.

Capture system details, as well as a screenshot of those details, from the monitoring platform.

Verify which DC connectors the existing modules require, as adapters may be needed. You’ll also need to verify if a new Enphase system can fit under the same breaker that is installed with the current inverter.

Sign up and order   

After signing up for the program, the Enphase team will reach out to you to discuss the best options based on the homeowner’s needs.  

Once options are selected and a bill of materials finalized, we’ll provide you with a quote to place your order at a reduced price. 

When you’re ready, you can proceed with the order. The new Enphase products will ship directly to whatever location you choose.
