Jeff McNeil

Chief Advisor

Jeff brings to Enphase over 30 years of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and executive management experience in the semiconductor, disk drive, and solar industries.

He joined Enphase in January 2018 as vice president, customer support and quality, and in March 2019 was appointed chief operating officer. He was named chief advisor in July 2022. Prior to joining Enphase, Jeff was responsible for all operations and regulatory functions at Energous. Previously, he spent 21 years at Cypress Semiconductor, where his last position was senior vice president, worldwide operations, responsible for subcon manufacturing, FA, planning, and logistics. Jeff also served in various management roles in the company’s supply chain, wafer fabs, and engineering organizations. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as an operations manager at Heraeus and an engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, Seagate Magnetics, and Memorex.

Jeff received his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from San Jose State University.
