The users shall now be able to view the following additional information in the Grid Profile Settings report under the Reports tab:

Added more noise types as part of the PLC noise graphs
To help users assess whether a site needs a noise filter or not, the following types of PLC noise shall be visible to the users under the PLC Noise Detection tab of the System Dashboard:

The Electric Water Heater (EWH) integrates seamlessly with the IQ Energy Router, enabling real-time monitoring, smart control and optimization of water heater based on energy availability and cost.

- Real-time monitoring of energy consumption and heating status via Live Status and Live Vitals features.
- Detailed telemetry and historical data for better insights into energy usage and savings on the Energy Page.
- Electric Water Heater device details on the Devices page.

- Water heater consumption aligns with active profile (AI Optimization or Self Consumption) with various heating mode settings:

Some parameters in the System List did not have filtering capability until now. Now, users can filter these parameters:

Updated Electricity Rate Settings
Users can add and view their Hourly Dynamic Prices by selecting their Utility and Rate Name. Go to Menu > Settings > Electricity Rate
Updated Battery Settings
Users can set their batteries to charge from grid or discharge to the grid as per the battery mode set during system commissioning by the installer. Go to Menu > Settings > Battery
Update Site Details
Users can view their grid connection details: Connection Type, Connection Year and Battery Mode. Go to Menu > System > Site Details

- Resolved an issue preventing Green charging from working for certain users.

We have added a new FAQ entry with easy-to-follow instructions on how to monitor your system’s health and performance, control your devices remotely, and identify and address any potential issues. Navigate to Menu > Support > Browse all FAQs to see all the FAQs.
