Chief Financial Officer
Eric brings to Enphase more than 20 years of energy management, solar technology and semiconductor manufacturing finance industry experience.
Prior to joining Enphase in 2018, he served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Tesla, Inc. where he was responsible for global financial accounting, external reporting, finance shared service centre operations including finance process transformation and cost accounting. Eric also served as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at SunPower Corporation responsible for finance manufacturing operations, global shared services, corporate tax, and regional and global corporate financial planning and analysis. Eric also served at SunPower Corporation as a senior vice president of operations and finance for the global residential and light commercial business unit. Prior to that, he served as vice president, corporate controller, corporate treasurer, and head of subsidy business operations for the Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC), where he was responsible for all accounting, internal and external reporting, internal controls, and treasury activities. Eric also served in various leadership executive positions at Spansion, Inc., including as senior vice president, corporate finance, global finance operations, financial planning and analysis and corporate controller, tax and treasury. Early in his career, he held various positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Ernst & Young, LLP. Eric received his undergraduate degree in business commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Alberta, Canada. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
