To install and commission Enphase IQ Battery systems, your company must have Company Storage Installer Authorisation certification. To obtain this certification, your company must complete the following two steps:
Successful installation of an IQ Battery system starts with online training from Enphase University. Start your training today at
https://university.enphase.com/
This comprehensive online training course (lasting around four hours) must be taken by at least one experienced installer in your company, who will be responsible for the design and commissioning of IQ Battery systems. To access this training, you must have an Enphase Installer Platform account.
If your company has not yet installed Enphase products, you need to start by creating a company account (and an administrator user account) Create a company account here:

Select "I want to register a new Solar Company with Enphase" and fill in the "Company details" and "Your account details" sections of the form.
If you are an installer working for a company that already has an Enphase Installer Platform company account, but you don't have your own user account, contact your company account administrator and ask them to create a user account for you to add to the company account.
If you already have your own Enphase Installer Platform user account, log in with your access data via the page:
Before performing your first installation, email your system project to: support_emea@enphaseenergy.com. An Enphase Field Application Engineer will review your project within five business days.
To carry out the review of your project, we need the following information:
The line diagram/wiring diagram of the proposed installation showing both the photovoltaic installation and the storage installation.
A copy of your site plan so we can understand where you plan to install the IQ Battery and IQ Gateway systems. It is recommended to indicate the distance between devices on the site plan. This ensures seamless communication between Enphase devices.
All the specific conditions of the site to take into account.
Enphase will review the project and advise you in return on any possible adjustments or improvements to your system.
Once the second step is completed, we will be able to validate your installation company as an authorized company, allowing you to commission IQ Battery systems with the Enphase Installer App. These commissioning must be carried out by the installer who has obtained online certification from Enphase University.
The certification granted by Enphase University is based on the user's login credentials. If other employees of the installation company are commissioning IQ Battery systems, they must also obtain IQ Battery Storage Certification from Enphase University, on an individual basis, in order to be able to carry out the installations. in service using the Enphase Installer App.
Please note that the Enphase Installer App features required to commission IQ Battery systems will not be enabled for your business until these two steps have been completed. If you attempt to perform an installation before being authorized to do so, the provisioning functionality will remain blocked until both steps are fully completed.
Wherever possible, Enphase will accompany your team on site or provide remote assistance to ensure correct product installation and commissioning of your first system.
