How to return on
Step 1
Login to your account on the Enphase store and go to the 'My Account' section.
Step 2
Click the return button against the order number containing the item you want to return.
Step 3
On the next page, select the item that you want to return, choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu, and then submit the request.
Step 4
Once submitted, your request will be flagged for review, and the return status will be displayed against the item.
Step 5
Our operations team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions via email. You are required to confirm when the returned product has been shipped by clicking the 'Confirm Shipping' button.
Step 6
When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will either process the exchange or refund within 5-7 working days as per your selected option.
