The IQ Gateway is inside the IQ Combiner and gives a “Gateway not reporting” error in the Enphase App when it is disconnected from the internet and the Enphase Cloud. To address this error, reconnect your IQ Combiner to the Enphase Cloud.

Once connected, wait for the LED indicator next to the cloud icon on the IQ Gateway to turn solid green to confirm successful connection.

This support article demonstrates how to add users and allow them to view your energy data. It’s especially useful if you want to give a tenant, family member, or other resident access to your Enphase Energy System.

Note: For security, additional users do not have permission to make changes to your system.

  • Ensure your smart device and IQ Gateway are within roughly 3 m of each other while reconnecting.

  • If multiple attempts to reconnect fail, restart the IQ Gateway and try again.

  • Try the new reconnect process via the Enphase App if you’re struggling to connect to your IQ Gateway’s IP address.
