How to return on
Step 1
Click on the link “Return Process for Guest Users” in footer.
Step 2
Enter your purchase e-mail and the order number that you would like to return.
Step 3
On the next page select the item that you want to return, choose appropriate options from the dropdown and then finally submit the request.
Step 4
Once you submit your request, it will go for approval and status will be as shown below.
Step 5
Our operations team will review your request and accordingly send you instructions for shipping back the product with all the details through email. Once you ship back the product you are required to confirm the shipping by clicking on 'Confirm Shipping' button.
Step 6
Finally, Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will either process the exchange or refund within 5-7 working days as per your opted option.
To return a ClipperCreek EV charger or related product, please email us at enphasestore@enphaseenergy.com and include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return. A customer service representative will provide you with return instructions within 24-48 business hours.
