Why solar?
Koloa Landing attracts customers for the scenery and tranquility, so it wanted a solar system that not only reduced energy costs, but also would not disrupt the vacation experience of its guests, both during construction and during operation.
Why Enphase?
Haleakala Solar chose to use Enphase microinverters to avoid the noise and extra wiring of string inverters, thus minimizing the visual and audio impact of the system. The microinverters also enabled greater design flexibility and optimized production across six different rooftops. Lastly, the module-level monitoring capabilities enables the resort management team to easily view and track system health and production.
